Work great to keep sand out at the beach! Thanks!

Got these for our springer Moose to keep sand from getting in his eyes while fetching at the beach. They stay in place when he runs and romps around in the waves and do a great job keeping out the sand!

Great Product!

We recently purchased Rex Specs in size large for Mason, our 52lb GSD/Super-Mutt mix, who was recently diagnosed with Panus. Mason took right to his 'shades', and after several sessions over the course of one day (using clear lenses and treats to get him accustomed to their feel), he was back out on the paddle board happy as can be! Highly recommend for all dogs big and small - not only are Rex Specs high quality and really well designed, they look super cool!

Wish I’d bought them sooner!!

Rex Spec’s reputation is well earned!! My ACD, Dutton, is back in the game, literally. After a glaucoma diagnosis I was hesitant to hike or play ball with my energetic boy for fear he would injure his compromised eyes. Not anymore! We followed the recommended training and within three weeks he was wearing his specs and back to the activities he loves. Thank you, Rex Specs!

Low quality high price

Clear lens arrived scratched. Lens are not held securely in the frames. The frames aren’t even close to the advertised color Forest green. Not impressed with the quality

Old dog with cataracts

My dog is 17 1/2 years old and has cataracts. He was having such a hard time in the sun, he would jump and cringe when the sun hit him. He was seeing things not there. I found out that the uv rays were making his cataracts worse and were painful. After much research, I found Rex specs. They have made a world of difference. He is now able to go outside. He is still a bit active and they actually stay on no matter how hard he would try to get them off. It only takes a few minutes till he gives up and goes on to enjoy his day. I am very thankful I found these. They are definitely worth the price.

Necessary for my dog

My dog (German Shepard / Boxer Mix) was recently diagnosed with Pannus and Discoid Lupus Erythematosus (DLE). Both are autoimmune disorders that affect her eyes and nose. The vet told me UV exposure will make each worse. This was a bummer because my dog's favorite things are outdoor activities. She loves to backcountry ski, snowmobile, paddle board, climb, and hike with me. The Vet told me to get Rex Specs to prevent her from going blind due to UV exposure. Unfortunately she is no longer treat motivated due to her illness. I was nervous on how to train her and the price for me not training her was a life inside or blindness. My dog is still activity motivated, so I started off with just the frames and put them on her just before leaving the house for activities. 2 weeks in, she now is wearing the tinted lenses and gets excited when she sees them because she knows something fun is going to happen. I train her daily. I selfishly wish Rex Specs would make an attachable, or permanent snout shield to protect her nose from UV. Five stars for helping save my dogs eyes and letting her live her best life!

Awesome for Motocycles!

Absolutely love my Rex specs for both my pups. Took less than a day to get used to, and now they get excited when they see them come out.
They’ve fit great, and I can comfortably say they stay right in place on a motorcycle on the highway. Both pups couldn’t be happier with them.

Works great, easy to use, easy to add the lens stickers, easy to swap lens line up the notches pops right in. Very easy to adjust the straps very quickly, also can remove both googles with one hand each dog for quick removal quality lens bag.

Rex Specs never dissapoint

While we have many pairs of Rex Specs, the new Liberty colors are amazing! As always the quality and design are top notch also.

Would DEFINITELY buy again!

Perfect fitment, comfortable for the pup and older dogs to adapt to wearing and fully protects their eyes. We've had these for several weeks and many rides on the motorcycle and they are holding up well. We get many compliments on our outings!

Watch the Videos!

Watched the training videos and following them precisely.. within a week my Aussie was wearing these without any care that they were on her face. Fit was perfect, (medium). As a female Aussie she has a smaller face. Love these!

Happy and training going well!

Our Pumi has KCS in one eye and will be on meds the rest of her life. She plays rough and stirs up a lot of dust here in the desert which is why I got these goggles. She's smart, but can be difficult to train as she is also stubborn and a herding dog. So far she has learned the command "GOGGLES!" and with Pumi gusto, slams her face into the goggles for a treat. We have clipped them on her and used the find it command to get her to run around with them on. She does well but as soon as she's not busy, she tries to paw them off. We'll continue with the training and she only needs to wear them when she's playing so I have high hopes. The product is as described, well fitting and seem to be comfortable. I am very happy with them. Buyers should follow your videos for training. They are very good.

Had for years

I really like the goggles for dogs. Tried others. Wouldn’t stay on eye area. Now I’m shopping for my other dog! Now, I use it for when I take my dog to get laser treatments!

So thankful!

Our German shepherd was diagnosed with pannus and the vet recommended that he wear goggles outside to prevent flare ups. We tried cheaper goggles, but the fit wasn't awesome and he would try to take them off. The opthamologist vet then recommended Rexspecs. The fit is so much better, and the replacement lenses are a huge deal! Clear lenses for overcast, shaded lenses for sunny days. He enjoys being outside so much and Rexspecs allows him to do it safely!

Great product!

I ordered Rex specs for my dog with genetic eye disease and another pair for her supportive sister. They fit great and dogs adapted after only a few times. It reminds me to wear my sunglasses to protect my eyes too!

L
Lulu (Minneapolis, US)
Independence!

Lu was sadly diagnosed with SARDS a few weeks ago. Her Rex Specs allowed her to remain cone-free after testing/ treatments, and keeps her world a little less small by giving her freedom to roam the yard (fenced) without me worrying about her jamming her eyes into a branch in the wooded areas. This freedom seems to help her mental state. Without her "glasses", she would have to be leashed at all times, which would shrink her world so, so much. :-(

Sidenote: I apparently suck at applying decals, as I couldn't get the ridges fully out, but that's my issue. They're still adorable and my way of making lemonade out of lemons.

She likes wearing them!

Size Medium. We followed the training tips in the provided video and Hazel has never once tried to paw at the specs. It seems like she enjoys wearing them and even moves to put her face forward into them when I get them out. . We are just using them in the car so far as the glare of the sun seemed to bother her. She is an older girl with cataracts.

Happy Dog

My dog now protects her eyes when she puts her head outside on the car. And the googles is very good

100% satisfied with our purchase. It has taken a little longer getting our girl accustomed to wearing the goggles but that is all on us because we have not been consistently training her to wear them. With that being said …. We are still 100% happy we spent the money to protect her eyes. Today was her 1st time actually riding with the lenses in and she did awesome.
Our girl seems to be on the slender side so we did purchase a medium. Watch the YouTube videos. Great info!! Great color options and communication with customer service re: sizing was very helpful and honest.
This has definitely been a win!!
