Item was what I expected. However the item arrived incredibly dirty, covered in black dust. The package was fine, the packing paper was fine. It was literally only the collar that was dirty. Thankfully its material made it fairly easy to clean with dish soap but I did not expect a filthy item from a company like this.
So far it has been a excellent collar for my service dog. It is very comfortable, soft yet strong, easy to keep clean, and great for my pup and I during our daily activities. I love the black color on my boy as it blends in with his fur nicely. Picture of him on our daily walk to say high to our neighborhood kitty friend.
