Dog Days of Summer Giveaway Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS.

1. GIVEAWAY PERIOD: Contest begins at 5:00 am Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) on Saturday August 4th, 2018, and ends at 11:59pm MTD on August 15 (the “Contest Period”). The contest consists of one prize drawings to be awarded at random to Contest participants. Announcement of the prize winners will occur at 12:01 pm MTD on August 16, 2018.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to applicants over the age of 18 years old at the time of entry
3. HOW TO ENTER: Visit Contest at https://www.rexspecs.com/pages/copy-of-get-outside-span-giveaway-span and follow the Contest entry instructions. Limit one (1) entry per person. One entry constitutes eligibility for the prize drawing August 15, 2018. Rex Specs LLC, Wilderdog, and K9 Sport Sack shall not be responsible for lost, late, illegible, damaged or misdirected entries, printing of the offer, administration of the Contest or in the announcement of the prize. Incomplete entry forms will be considered void.
4. SELECTION OF WINNER (S): Winners for the contest will randomly be selected from all eligible entries received. If a Winner cannot be contacted within the required time period of 48 hours, the Winner forfeits the prize. In the event that a winner is disqualified for any reason, or does not respond within 48 hours of notification, Rex Specs LLC will award any prize drawn to an alternate Winner by random drawing among all remaining eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest period.
5. PRIZES: Winners will be drawn at random and recieve: From Rex Specs a $100 gift card; from from Wilderdog, a $100 gift card; from K9 Sport Sack, a $100 gift card.
6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes permitted. Federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the Winners.
7. PUBLICITY/PRIVACY POLICY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes consent to Rex Specs LLC, Wilderdog, and K9 Sport Sack to use his/her name and email address for promotional purposes only and shall not sell or transmit any contact information to any third party.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Rex Specs LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Rex Specs LLC reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Rex Specs LLC. In such event, Rex Specs LLC reserves the right to award the Prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Rex Specs LLC reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation or behaving in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. WINNERS AND ENTRANTS SHALL RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Rex Specs LLC, Wilderdog and K9 Sport Sack.
