Rex Specs In Action
I often fly with my pup and the conventional dog muffs have been inadequate. The Rex Spec ear protection is superior and works while being comfortable on her. They are very high quality. I am in the process of making a video review which I plan to post on youtube
As the title states, these goggles are perfect for what me and my pup do.(trail riding) The quality is excellent and the choice of lenses is also nice. Still working a little with him to keep them on but we’ll get there.
Best purchase I've made for my dog! They are well constructed while being easy on her nose. Well worth your money!
My German Shepherd Moly has Pannus and these are helping her so much. Really impressed on how light weight and comfortable they are on her.
Izzy has been riding her Specs about 25000 miles and loves them. They stay on, don’t ride up and look fabulous!! I recommend Rex Specs to anyone with an active dog that needs eye protection. Plus the chicks dig a dog in Specs!!
Ive wanted to get my dog these goggle for almost 2 years & this season I was finally able to get them for him for a late Christmas gift. 10/10 would recommend! The only thing is that the lens get scratched up pretty easily but other than that, I love them & how nice they fit & he loves them too!
Our dog has an albino eyelid on one eye that gets infected easiy and is susceptible to cancer, so we fet eye coverage was crucial. We tried Rex Specs. It took only about 4 days of attempts to get him used to them before we could walk a block with the clear lenses in. The next day, we walked 5 miles with no balking. Since then, we have the blue mirrored lenses in and he's in the open space fields off leash and doing great. The only time he tried to get them off by rubbing on the grasses was after I tried loosening the strap a bit. I think then they were loose enough to shift, which he didn't like. After I retightened them, he's been great. My only regret is that the lenses scratch quite easily. Wish you could put on a scratch-resistant coating...
I absolutely LOVE Rex Specs. I had a pair for several years for a senior vision-impaired Min Pin. Once she passed, we adopted my SDiT, Alva. I immediately knew I needed to get her a pair of Rex Specs to protect her eyes. She's always with me and I am concerned about things getting into her eyes. These ensure she's well protected. She took to wearing them immediately. They seem comfortable and were easy to size to fit her. They're extremely well made. I wish the lenses didn't scratch so easily, but I'd rather replace lenses than repair her eyes. I love the color selection. I wish the lenses were easier to switch out, but I'm glad I don't have to worry about them coming loose or falling out. They're expensive, but worth it. I consider these to be an essential part of her service dog gear. We don't leave home without them.
My pup has suffered repeat indolent ulcers and he happens to love going on off leash runs. So to give his eyes some protection while he’s going breakneck speed through the woods we decided to try rexspecs and are thrilled with the added protection he now has.
Fits great and we don’t need to worry about him sticking his face in the air stream when we take a ride.
We got these for our sweet dog Bear (to protect his eyes from our other dogs tails). They work great and while it took Bear a bit to get used to they work and his eyes are now protected from tails of taller dogs.
Well made, sizing chart ensured a great fit, easy to adjust, interchangeable lens are an added bonus.
I bought these for my dog with dry eye which makes light, wind and anything in the air extremely irritating. Whereas I’m sure he’d rather be “naked”, he adjusted to these rather quickly. They are super lightweight and well-fitting, not to mention he was the star of the beach. Lots of people asked to take his pic!
I have blue eyes that are sensitive, these allow me confidence while battling the elements. Can’t recommend these goggles enough!
